How Special Orders Work
Special orders are items ordered specifically for you, which may take several weeks or longer to arrive, depending on the manufacturer. While we provide an estimated shipment date based on manufacturer information; please note that this is not a guarantee of arrival.

-Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not when the order ships.
-Estimated manufacturer shipment details are added to the product page description when available. Please be aware that these dates are approximate and provided by the manufacturer. We update this information only when it is provided to us.
-We strive to communicate as much information as possible for special orders. If there are no updates, it means we do not have further information at that time.
-Once the item arrives at our store, you will be notified. If you are a local customer, it will be available for pickup; otherwise, it will be shipped out. You will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
