Return Policy
At Wish Upon Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- No stains, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Final Sale items (including intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, BOGO deals, and Clearance/Sale items) cannot be returned.
In-Store Returns
- You have 10 days from the purchase date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Online Returns
- You have 20 days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund.
- Shipping options:
- Request a return label from us for $8 (deducted from your refund).
- Use a trackable shipping method of your choice.
How to Return
- Email us at returns@wishuponmadison.com with:
- Your name and email
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Whether you need a return label
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status within 5-7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
Items bought with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit (e-gift card).
Exchanges
- Online orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Report any defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@wishuponmadison.com with photos and a description.
- Laundered items or reports after 3 days cannot be accepted.
The following are NOT considered defects:
- Improper care, washing, or customer handling.
- Color or pattern variations due to photography or monitor differences.
