Return Policy

At Wish Upon Boutique, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • No stains, pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
  • Original tags must be attached.
  • Final Sale items (including intimate apparel, bodysuits, swimwear, accessories, BOGO deals, and Clearance/Sale items) cannot be returned.

In-Store Returns

  • You have 10 days from the purchase date to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Online Returns

  • You have 20 days from delivery to return eligible items for a refund.
  • Shipping options:
    • Request a return label from us for $8 (deducted from your refund).
    • Use a trackable shipping method of your choice.

How to Return

  1. Email us at returns@wishuponmadison.com with:
    • Your name and email
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you need a return label
  2. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status within 5-7 business days.
  3. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
    Items bought with a gift card or store credit will be refunded as store credit (e-gift card).

Exchanges

  • Online orders are not eligible for exchanges at this time.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report any defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@wishuponmadison.com with photos and a description.
  • Laundered items or reports after 3 days cannot be accepted.

The following are NOT considered defects:

  • Improper care, washing, or customer handling.
  • Color or pattern variations due to photography or monitor differences.
